Safety ComplianceThe Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires any business with 10 or more employees to have a written workplace safety program in place, along with training performed on the practical application of the program written procedures. OSHA also requires a Safety Records Management system be set up and maintained for their random review.InSite will set up procedure specific training for all affected employees. The training will be conducted either onsite or offsite, depending on the needs assessment. InSite will work directly with the Personnel Department to complete an OSHA approved Safety Records Management system.
